Armed with raw talent, relentless hands-on expertise, and an intimate understanding of tools, dies, and fixtures, he honed his skills in the heart of Mumbai’s industrial landscape. For twelve transformative years, he built a foundation of practical excellence that would define generations.
In 1990, this vision crystallized into Shiv Shakti Engineering, a diversified sheet metal manufacturing powerhouse born with a singular, unbreakable mission:

This cornerstone principle was never just a slogan. It became the heartbeat of every decision, every design, and every delivery. From the first press part stamped in a modest Dahisar workshop, Shiv Shakti grew into a trusted name, delivering precision stampings, fabrications, and end-to-end sheet metal solutions with integrity and innovation.
Second-Generation Leadership: A New Era of Purpose
Today, the legacy is boldly carried forward by Ms. Vrushali Dabhade, the founder’s daughter and Partner & Owner. A graduate of IIM Bangalore’s NSRCEL and a proud alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women initiative, Vrushali represents the perfect fusion of inherited craftsmanship and modern entrepreneurial vision.
Under her stewardship, Shiv Shakti Engineering has evolved from a family-run fabricator into a sustainability-driven, India-First precision leader. She has expanded facilities from 1,500 sq ft in Dahisar to over 6,000 sq ft across Dahisar and Vasai, introduced advanced CNC capabilities, and embedded circular economy principles into the core of operations.
But more than infrastructure, Vrushali has redefined the company’s soul, aligning every process with India’s Net Zero 2070 goals, committing to 100% Indian clientele, and pioneering zero-waste manufacturing through aggressive material recycling.
